During my new year's stay, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi offered by the hotel. the location was convenient as it was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants in the surrounding area. Another advantage was the comfortable bed that made for a good night's sleep.

Some staff members were not as friendly as expected and seemed uninterested in helping. The check-in process was not smooth, and the staff did not provide clear instructions for payment.

The hotel was perfectly located for our city trip , just minutes away from the main attractions. the staff at the front desk were very helpful and provided us with a map of the city and restaurant recommendations. We loved the complimentary breakfast which had a variety of delicious options to choose from. the room was clean and comfortable, and the free Wi, Fi was a great bonus.

The staff's lack of English proficiency led to some confusion during check, in and check, out. They were not able to confirm our payment method and we had to provide evidence.
